ThatsMyTrademark is an independent monitoring service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any government agency, intellectual property office, or trademark authority. All data is sourced from official public records, including publications and other European intellectual-property databases. Re-use of official data is carried out in accordance with applicable public-sector information and data-protection legislation.

2. User Responsibilities

All plans are billed annually. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. We accept major credit cards.

Public-Sector Information Re-Use Policy

ThatsMyTrademark lawfully re-uses public-sector information under written authorisation issued by the Industrial Property Registrations Directorate (IPRD), Commerce Department, Government of Malta, in line with applicable open-data and public-sector information legislation. Re-use is subject to the conditions set by the IPRD: attribution of source, accuracy, non-misleading use, compliance with GDPR, and prohibition of use for the principal purpose of advertising or promoting products or services.
